Yes, there no smoking is permitted in our hotel.
What time is check-in?
Guests can check in from 2pm.
What time is check out?
We kindly request that guests check out by 10.30am.

No, with the exception of guide dogs.

Yes, we have parking for at least 80 cars.
Do you take children? If so, what facilities do you provide?
Yes, we welcome children at Quorn Grange. We have a range of family rooms (2 adults and 1 child) and family suites (2 adults and up to 3 children). Also, our restaurant offers high chairs and children’s menu upon request.
What are your booking conditions?
24 hours notice for cancellation is requested for our guests to avoid cancellation charges.
What are your restaurant opening/serving times?
Breakfast: Mon-Fri: 7-10am, Sat & Sun: 8-10.30am
Lunch: Sun: 12-2.30pm
Dinner: Mon-Thu: 6-9pm, Fri & Sat: 7-9pm, Sun: 6-8pm
What is your dress code?
We do not have a formal dress code but request that guests observe smart casual attire.
Do I need to reserve a table in the restaurant?
It is not always necessary but to avoid disappointment, we would recommend booking in advance.
Do you accept wheelchairs?
Yes. Our bedrooms and disability friendly and our hotel and car park have wheelchair access throughtout.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, our room service menu is available between 10am and 9pm. Thereafter, we have a limited menu available throughout the night.
Is your hotel open 24-hours a day?

Yes, we offer free WiFi throughout the hotel.
What conference technology do you provide?
We can provide LCD projector and WiFi for our conference and meeting guests. Should any additional equipment be required, please feel free to discuss this with us at the time of booking.
