In your room you should find everything you need for a comfortable stay with us. The Flat screen TV has a full range of channels including Sky News, terrestrial channels and Digital Freeview channels. There are complementary tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and complementary toiletries in each of the rooms.

Checking In and Out
Guests can check in from 3pm and check out is before 10:30am. Alternative arrival and departure arrangements can be made in advance to fit in with your travel arrangements but please let us know as we may need to notify other staff. Cancellations : Cancellations are free of charge unless otherwise stated up-to 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. Any cancellation within this period is be subject to full payment.
In The Event Of A Fire
If the fire alarm sounds please make your way to the fire assembly point in the car park. A fire safety information card, complete with directions to the nearest fire exit can be found on the back of your bedroom door.
If you would like to charge items to your room during your stay, Reception will need to take a pre-authorization of a credit/debit card, this can be done at any stage during your visit.

We have an extensive menu in our restaurant and room service is possible for a small charge. The restaurant is open from 6.00pm – 9.00pm. We also serve food in the Garden Rooms Bar & Lounge from 11.00am – 9.30pm
